Our operations and development teams continuously review feedback received through various channels, including customer support and community platforms, and use it as valuable reference material to improve Taimanin Squad. We will continue to listen closely to the voices of our Captains and pursue user-friendly operations and improvements so that we can provide a more satisfying gameplay experience.

○ Pity System Guide

The Pity System, which guarantees a Legendary-grade reward after 100 Pickups, was designed to support fair and reasonable spending for our Captains.
In particular, the accumulated Pickup count does not reset even after a specific Pickup period ends and will continue to be carried over.
This policy allows Captains to obtain their desired rewards at a time that suits them. It is also one of Taimanin Squad's core operational principles, implemented to eliminate uncertainty regarding the resources you have spent.

○ Player Time Respect Policy

Extensions for time-limited items, such as Gold Membership, various buffs, Clan Memberships, and Boosters, are not simply one-time compensations.
To ensure that not even a single minute of our Captains' valuable time is wasted, the same extension policy will continue to be applied whenever maintenance or operational issues occur in the future.
We will maintain a systematic and consistent operational policy so that the time our Captains invest in the game is always valued.



○ Free-to-Play Friendly Policy

Based on feedback from our Captains regarding early-game resource acquisition, we are currently continuing to supply the following resources:

● Premium Recruit Tickets
● Special Recruit Tickets
● Gold and Weapon Supply Tickets

This is not intended as a temporary measure, but will remain part of our ongoing operational direction, taking overall game balance into account. Moving forward, we will continue to provide various forms of support so that all Captains can enjoy a stable and accessible gameplay experience in Taimanin Squad.
