Bolt Slash

Upon attack, temporarily increases Crit DMG by 10% for every INT exceeding 6, and if the target has [Volt Mark], reduces their Electric DEF by 800 until the end of the turn. This attack is treated as a Weak Point Attack, and temporarily increases ACC by 300%.
