◆ New Weapon: Whispering Breeze

ㆍUnique Effects
① [Call of the Skyweave]
- During battle, increases Magic ATK by N%.
- At the end of a turn in which a Support skill is used, increases all allies’ SPD by N% for N rounds. Can stack up to N times.
② [Nonoha Signature: Endless Wings]
- At the start of battle, grants all allies except the user the <b>[Source of Wind]</b> effect.
- If the user becomes incapacitated, <b>[Source of Wind]</b> is removed from all allies.
- Once per battle, the following effect triggers: If an ally with <b>[Source of Wind]</b> ends their turn with 30% HP or less, they gain a Shield equal to 50% of their Max HP. This Shield lasts until the start of that ally’s next turn.
* [Source of Wind]: At the start of the holder’s turn, if their SPD exceeds N, increases Elemental Boost by N% for every N SPD above N, up to a maximum of N%. If the holder attacks the same enemy twice during their turn, after the turn ends, deals Fixed DMG equal to half of the holder’s total ATK to that enemy. If the holder’s SPD exceeds N, this Fixed DMG is increased by N% for every N SPD above N, up to a maximum increase of N%.
