End Game Gear Upgrades

Requirements

At Tier 9, you can start opening sub stats on your gears, these gears have to have:

  • Faction must match the character equipped
  • Fully enhanced to Level 5
Silver and Blood SoulsStrike Hammer for Tier 9 gear upgrades

SoulsStrike Hammer

Then you will be able to use the hammer - SoulsStrike - to open the slots.

Hammer Mechanics

The first hammer costs 1 and randomly opens 1 to 3 slots. The maximum is 3 slots.

Once you apply your first hammer to the item, the background color changes.

Once you click on the item, you will see more options than before.

Additional options appear after hammering

You can see we have Echo blessing 2 out of 3, our hammer was oki!

You can't take the item after it been hammered.

1- Enhance

Just increasing the LV, maximum is 5!

This give you alot of raw stats and increase so much stats its really imporant, just cost so much gold!

2- Recast

Rerolling the echo blessing basically the sub stats!

Let's go in-depth about the recasting or the rerolling of the sub stats!

Recasting interface for rerolling sub-stats

Each slot rolls independently:

Each Slot's Blessing or Sub-stat Rate are:

Slot 1: 100%
Slot 2: 50%
Slot 3: 30%

Each slot has its own independent probability. You can get any combination - for example, slots 1+3 without slot 2, or just slot 1, or all three slots together!

If you get the sub stats or the blessing you want, you can always lock it.

Silver and Blood gear lock blessing feature to preserve desired stats

Lock your desired blessings

Lock cost increase

Cost increases with each locked blessing

The cost increases with each lock. If you lock only 1 stat or blessing, it costs 2 hammers. With 2 locks, it costs 4 hammers.

After locking example

Example: 2 locked stats = 2 hammer cost

After I locked the Bloodsoul Recovery, you can see the cost increased 2 hammers!!

Before was only 1 hammer to recast, once you recast or reroll you always have your bloodsoul recovery, and might have chance to get 3 slot!!

Important Note:

It's highly recommended to have only 1 slot locked and the rest you get it by recasting, otherwise the cost of hammer going be too high to recast!

It's bit hard to get these hammers so make sure you use them carefully!!

Different Blessing or sub stats types have different drop rates (listed below).

Each Blessing type has multiple levels (usually 15), each featuring different drop rates, we can focus on this later on. It's not very important right now. Maxing the lv of the substats is end game gear. Let's first get the right substats first.

Very Important Note

Very important note: The same type of blessing cannot be obtained repeatedly. Blessings already obtained are excluded from rolls.

The roll formula is as follows: [Listed Rate of a Blessing ÷ (100% - Total Rate of Excluded Blessings)].

For locked blessings, their level and type won't change during recast or refinement.

All Blessings or Sub-stats

Blessing Drop Rate
CRIT Rate 12.0000%
P. DMG Bonus 12.0000%
CRIT DMG 12.0000%
M. DMG Bonus 12.0000%
All DMG Bonus 11.0000%
All DMG Reduction 11.0000%
Received Healing Bonus 10.0000%
ATK SPD 10.0000%
Bloodsoul Recovery 10.0000%

Bloodsoul Recovery - Most important sub-stat. Having it on all your gear really helps you gain bloodsoul faster and activate your skills quicker!

All DMG / All DMG Reduction and ATK SPD should be the 2nd most important stats.

P/M DMG, Healing Bonus, and Crit DMG are 3rd most important stats.

These can vary from character to character, but overall this is the general rule.

3- Refinement

Lastly, Refinement. It's basically changing the level of the sub stat or blessing. We have 15 levels, and once you do refinement, you change it either higher or lower. This is really for full maxing and should only be done in the end game once you're done upgrading your gear to 3 slots!

Refinement interface

Refinement interface for changing blessing levels

The good thing we can do keep original if we rolled low lv!

Notice the hammer cost is 2 because of we have locked stats!

Lock cost with refinement

Refinement cost increases with locked stats

You can unlock it after you get 3 slots. The lock in refinement helps you not to roll level, but having locks in general is a bad idea in refinement!

Blessing Tier Values

Each blessing type has multiple levels (usually 15), each featuring different values.

Tier Roll Probabilities

When rolling for blessing tiers, the probabilities are weighted towards lower tiers:

Tier Level Roll Chance Category
T1 12% each 60% (Common)
T2
T3
T4
T5
T6 7% each 35% (Uncommon)
T7
T8
T9
T10
T11 1% each 5% (Rare)

Higher tiers provide significantly better stat bonuses but are much harder to roll!
