The defining JP meta build of patch 1.15. Shia is the main and spams her highest-multiplier shot by cancelling attack startup with a dash (the dash-cancel technique, worth the whole DPS ceiling of the team). Tilia takes the seal-damage core (JP name 眩い正義, listed at +300% seal DMG) plus knight-oath picks; Minova takes Just Meat, Triple Base Hit and Fervent Applause. Same trio as the CN standard Light team, independently confirmed.

Consensus top-tier support. Tilia appears as the universal fill-in across Light, Earth and Wind teams in both CN and JP guides, and every Light guide on any server includes her.
