Current Game Issues and Planned Improvements Announcement
Source: stellasora.global/news/1966

Dear Tyrant,
Thank you for your continued support of Stella Sora. It has been nearly three weeks since the official launch, and during this time, we've received a lot of feedback and suggestions from players. We truly appreciate everyone's enthusiasm for the game and want to express our heartfelt gratitude.
Recently, players have raised concerns about unclear descriptions, a lack of user-friendly features, and game balance issues. We sincerely apologize for any negative impact these may have had on your gaming experience. We'd like to take this opportunity to address these issues and share our plans for future improvements.
Regarding the Issue of Boss Enemies' Break Status
We have identified an issue where certain boss enemies do not properly enter break status after receiving damage. We have confirmed this problem internally, and a fix is currently in progress. Due to ongoing events like Boss Blitz, which feature rankings, we plan to implement the fix before the start of the new Boss Blitz event in December to ensure fairness for all players.
Regarding the use of cheats and other third-party tools
Since the game's official launch, many players have reported abnormal scores in the Boss Blitz rankings and expressed concerns about future game modes. Please be assured that we regularly remove suspicious records from the rankings and ban any accounts that use cheats or third-party tools. We will also closely monitor upcoming game modes to uphold fair play. If you notice any player using third-party tools that undermine the game's fairness, please report it using in-game support or by contacting us at [email protected].
Regarding Ascension Game Mode Unclear Descriptions
Thanks to your feedback, we have realized that some descriptions in Monolith Research, such as "Potential Boost" and "Radiant Miracle," don't accurately reflect the in-game system. Specifically, they currently leave out the maximum number of times their effects can be activated. We apologize for not promptly addressing this in-game description, and for any inconvenience this has caused. In future updates, we'll be adding more detailed in-game descriptions for these features. You'll be able to check the Monolith Research for these updates and plan your Ascension progress accordingly. Ascension is a core part of Stella Sora's gameplay, and we'll continue to listen to your feedback and keep improving your experience.
Regarding Shia's Mechanics
We've received a lot of questions about Shia's mechanics. In some cases, making Shia your main Trekker can lead to damage outcomes that go beyond what we originally intended. We're glad to see players actively sharing builds and discussing strategies. After careful consideration, our team has decided not to make any adjustments to Shia's mechanics or stats. We truly appreciate the effort players put into finding optimal builds and team comps. Your discoveries show dedication, creativity, and a real passion for the game. Additionally, Shia's current damage results only apply to specific game modes under certain conditions, and won't be applicable to all future content. Looking ahead, the difficulty of upcoming gameplay modes will not be tuned around Shia's current capabilities, as we continue to refine the overall balance for future content. We're sorry for any inconvenience these may have caused. This situation has shown us where we still have room to improve. We'll continue to listen to your feedback and suggestions so we can improve the gameplay, features, and provide better story content for everyone.
Regarding Design of Limited-Time Event
Following the release of the first limited-time event, "Daring Adventure! The Ghost Ship Haunts the Deep", we received numerous feedback from players regarding the event reward design and the methods for unlocking battle stages. In the current version, the way battle stages unlock and how rewards are given hasn't been very clear, which made the event less enjoyable for players. Our team has discussed this internally and is already making changes, so it won't occur in future events. We've also heard your feedback about wanting more event content, and we're looking into it.
Regarding Other Future Optimizations
Moreover, we continually monitor the user experience across all platforms. Since the launch, we've received feedback regarding keyboard compatibility and other control issues, and we plan to roll out improvements for smoother keyboard and mouse controls on PC in the near future. Beyond that, we're also working on new features both in and out of the game, like the in-game toolbox and Trekker development calculator to improve your experience.
In addition to the issues mentioned above, we have also received numerous feedback on other aspects. We will continue to gather feedback from every channel, whether it's social media, in-game surveys, or elsewhere, and will continue to work on improving the game. Our entire operation and development team recognizes that Stella Sora still has considerable room for improvement. We're committed to ongoing improvements and providing new content to enhance your experience. Thank you for your understanding and support.
To show our appreciation, we've sent you a gift of 10 Cerulean Tickets via in-game mail. It will expire on Dec 6, 2025 12:59 (UTC-7). Please check your mailbox and collect it before then.
Once again, thank you for playing Stella Sora and being part of our community.
