You can redeem your codes using the following methods:

- PC (Windows): Go to [Menu] → [Redeem Code] on the main game screen, then enter your UID and the redeem code to claim your rewards.

- Mobile (Android/iOS): Tap the link below to visit the official website → Redeem Code, then enter your UID and redeem code to claim your rewards.

Reward Delivery: Rewards will be sent via in-game mail.

1. Make sure you have created a character in the game before redeeming a code; otherwise, the redemption will fail. If you already have a character but see an “Invalid UID format” error, please double-check your UID or try again later.

2. Once a code is successfully redeemed, rewards will be sent via in-game mail. Log in and check your mailbox to claim them.

3. Each code has specific requirements and an expiration date. Please verify these before redeeming , expired codes cannot be used.

4. Each code can only be redeemed once, and the same character cannot claim the same type of reward multiple times.

5. Redemptions are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure you are logged into the correct account before redeeming.
