1. Create your original entry based on your chosen track (Main / Fun Track). Ensure your work is theme-related, strictly follows the Criteria, and was created on or after Dec. 23, 2025 (UTC-7).

2. Post your work publicly on one of the eligible platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook) and include the required event hashtags (#WishWeavers #StellaSora).

3. Fill out our official Submission Form with all required information (including the link to your entry and your player details) to complete your submission.

· Submissions can include: illustrations, comics, or other artwork with details.

· Please note: For Memes or Chibi Emotes, please submit to the "Fun Track."

· Format: JPG or PNG.

· Size: No aspect ratio restrictions, the shortest side of the work must be at least 2000 px.

· DPI: 300 dpi or higher.

· Note: For long-strip comics, please ensure text remains legible when zoomed in.

This track accepts submissions such as Memes, Chibi Emotes, Stickers, or other fun, lightweight art creations.

· Meme submission can include recreations of classic Meme templates, or original single-panel Meme depicting game-related humor.

· Chibi Emote / Sticker submission can include hand/digital-drawn Chibi-style character emotes or stickers.

Meme:

· Format: JPG, PNG, or GIF.

· Resolution: Minimum width of 1080 px.

Chibi Emote / Sticker:

· Format: PNG with transparent background.

· Resolution: Canvas size of 500 x 500 px or larger (Square aspect ratio recommended).

✦ Participation Prize

· Awarded to all participants who submit at least one compliant entry.

· Limited to one prize per individual, regardless of the number of UIDs, emails, or accounts used.

✦ Lucky Draw Prize (×20)

· We will randomly select 20 winners out of all participants who submit at least one compliant entry.

· Participants who have already won a Festive Excellence Award, Creative Spark Award, or Gingerbread Award are not eligible for this prize.

· Reward: Stellanite Dust ×1000

❅ Creation Showcase ❅

1. All compliant works will be featured in our dedicated Discord channel: #wish-weavers-art-contest. To keep things organized, we will open new threads regularly (categorized by track) and archive the day's submissions within them.

2. To ensure fairness, these channels will only be used for showcasing content and will not be used for evaluation, scoring, or data collection.

3. If an entry is later found to involve plagiarism, privacy violations, or if the original link is deleted during the event, the entry will be disqualified.

4. After the event ends, the showcased works will remain available for an additional 7 days as a public display, after which they will be hidden and archived.

❅ Guidelines ❅

1. All entries must strictly adhere to the event's content themes.

2. All entries must be original works created specifically for this event and must be created on or after December 23, 2025 (UTC-7).

3. All entries must not contain AI-generated content.

4. You may submit multiple entries for each track and participate in more than one track. Each person can win only one winning award per track, but may be eligible to win awards in both tracks.

5. Reposting or re-editing the works of others, or any other behavior that violates platform rules is strictly prohibited.

6. If your entry contains text, please ensure it is in English.

❅ Terms & Conditions ❅

1. All works (including titles, visuals, and descriptions) must not contain political, violent, pornographic, grotesque, third-party watermarks, or any other content prohibited by your posting platform. Excessively gory, NSFW, or obvious commercial promotions are not eligible.

2. If third-party materials (such as fonts) are used, the creator must ensure they have the legal rights to use them.

3. Collaborative works must be uploaded by one participant from the group; please avoid repeated submissions.

4. All in-game item rewards are limited to the Stella Sora EN Server. If a winner does not have the required account, the reward will be forfeited.

5. Participants who have already won a Festive Excellence Award, Creative Spark Award, or Gingerbread Award are not eligible for the Lucky Draw Prize.

6. Please note that the distribution of prizes may be adjusted based on the actual number of participants and the quality of submissions.

7. Following the official winner announcement, all in-game rewards will be distributed during the next scheduled game maintenance. For physical merchandise and gift card rewards, we will contact the winners using our official customer service email to collect necessary details before proceeding to reward distribution.

8. The costs necessary for international transfers, including administrative fees and taxes, are to be borne by the organizer.

9. The winning works are derivative creations by the creators and do not represent the actual plot or settings in the game.

10. By submitting an entry, the creator agrees to allow Yostar the right to use the work in official Stella Sora content and its affiliates' social platform accounts (for event showcases, social media promotion, etc.). Ownership and all other rights to the work remain with the creator.
